Bridging the Gap to Leadership
Bridging the Gap to Leadership project started in February 2021 and it is a collaborative project between Canterbury Christ Church University and the University of Brighton. Funded by Health Education England, the project has enabled us to gain a deeper insight in to the experiences of Black, Asian, Mixed Heritage and Minority Ethnic students whilst undertaking practice placement in Health care and Social care settings.
